For volunteer directors of Irish owners' management companies
Your AGM paperwork, done properly. In one evening.
Notice of meeting, proxy forms, the section 17 annual report, minutes and statutory registers. Answer plain-English questions and get compliant PDFs, with every legal deadline worked out from one date.
Built on the Companies Act 2014 and the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011
Unpaid role. Full legal duties.
Every OMC with more than one member must hold an AGM each year and send members a detailed annual report. Most boards piece it together from last year's Word files and a lot of hoping.

Questions directors ask
Is this legal advice?
No. OMCkit provides templates built on the Companies Act 2014 and the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011. Your constitution may add its own rules, and complex situations still deserve a solicitor.
Does it work for CLG and LTD companies?
Yes. You choose your company type once and the documents adapt. A CLG’s register of members, for example, has no share columns.
Our constitution doesn’t allow proxies. Is that covered?
Yes. Switch proxies off and the proxy statement disappears from your notice, as the Act allows for a CLG whose constitution excludes them.
Can members return proxies online?
Yes. The Act allows proxies to be deposited electronically. Each one is time-stamped, and the form closes at the deadline.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Members’ names and directors’ details stay in the EU.
We have a managing agent. Is OMCkit for us?
OMCkit is built for self-managed OMCs. Directors who want to prepare or check their own paperwork are welcome too.
